General Event Information
The Inaugural Pasadena Rock'n'Roll Half Marathon is scheduled to occur on Sunday, February 19, 2012 and will feature a half marathon distance race that will start and end at the Rose Bowl. The course will wind through historic landmarks and business districts and will feature live entertainment at key spectator spots and at the finish line concert featuring "Sugar Ray."

Pasadena, CA, July 01, 2011 — “There are no positive role models for us to look up to, what do you expect us to do?” states a 17 year old student from John Muir High School when asked why teens are making unhealthy choices by getting involved in drugs, gangs, unsafe sex, and so many other negative elements that can throw a teen off of the right path.
As Day One Youth Advocates deliberated where to find positive role models for their peers, they arrived at the creation of the Teen Legacy Award.
